About the Event
The purpose of South Beach Diet's Fun & Fit as a Family featuring Kellogs Kidz Kitchen is to educate children and parents about healthy lifestyle options, and to do so using an interactive approach that fosters a true understanding of the healthy lifestyle options available to families. Fun & Fit as a Family aims to show families that through daily exercise and healthy food choices, they can improve the qualities of their lives and have fun doing it.
